Refund Policy Print E-mail

Once a player has paid their fee to the league it should be understood that there are no refunds whatsoever.  League fees are immediately processed to pay for fields, umpires, liability insurance, baseballs and other league costs.

Should a player sustain a season ending injury prior to the one third mark of the season, or June 1st, whichever comes first, that play may request a partial refund from the league, but a refund is not guaranteed.  If a refund is ever issued to a player, that player may not play in any game during that season from the time that the refund is issued.

Also, if a player, or a team does not get in the 18 games that they were scheduled, the league will do whatever it can within its power to re-schedule those games.  Should it not be possible to re-schedule the game(s) either during the regular season, or after playoffs have begun (for teams that wish to play their full schedule but are not participating in the playoffs) then a partial refund may be requested by the team.  This does not guarantee a refund as each request is taken on a team by team basis and final determination of the amount of any refund is left to the discretion of the league president.
